Q. Some of my information is incorrect. How do I correct this?
A. If you notice an error in your personal information, such as address and phone number, please update your profile by clicking on the profile button/link on the home page and then clicking on the Update Profile Link located on the right-hand side of the screen. If you see information in your medical record that is incorrect, please notify the Medical Records department at 740-439-8651.
Q. What if I need technical support?

Q. How do I communicate my medical concerns?
A. MyHealth should not be used to communicate medical concerns to your doctor. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEM, PLEASE CALL YOUR PHYSICIAN’S OFFICE OR CALL 911.
Q. How do I see my test results?
A. Test results and reports are both available by clicking on the Health Record button on the home page. Once you click on the Health Record link you will be taken to the Health Record page where you will be able to choose the Results link on the right of the screen. This link will take you to your lab results and will display reports for any report we may have that you will have access to.
Q. I can’t find my reports, what do I do?
A. A list of available reports from within the portal is located at the end of the FAQ section. If you need a copy of a report that is not available in the portal or before it is available on the MyHealth patient portal please visit the Medical Records Department at Southeastern Med Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm or call 740-439-8651.
Q. How long does it take to see my Report(s)?
A. Reports are available 72 hours after the physician has reviewed and signed the report. If you need a copy before it is available in the portal please visit the Medical Records Department at Southeastern Med Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm or call 740-439-8651.
Q. How do I get the complete set of my medical records?
A. You can obtain a copy of your complete medical record by contacting the Medical Records department at 740-439-8651.
Q. I don’t have an email address, how do I get one?
A. There are many free email services available. Any email service is compatible with MyHealth. If you wish to create a free email account, some of the more established email providers are:
Q. How can I update my email address in MyHealth?
A. To update your email information simply click on the preferences link at the bottom of the MyHealth home page.
Q. What information can I see in MyHealth?
A. MyHealth provides information from your medical record such as laboratory and radiology test results, medications, upcoming appointments, past visits, allergies, medical history, and current health issues. MyHealth also provides the opportunity to print a Health Summary for your records.
Q. Is there a fee to use MyHealth Portal?
A. MyHealth is a FREE service offered to our patients.
Q. Is MyHealth secure?
A. We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through personal IDs and passwords. MyHealth uses secure encryption technology to keep your records safe. All MyHealth messaging is done while you are securely logged on to our website.
Q. Can I also see my family member’s health records?
A. Yes, this is called Proxy Access. This allows a parent or legal guardian to log in to their personal MyHealthPortal for their child or parent. Please note that when the account holder is between ages 13 and 17, we require the designated proxy to be filled out and signed by both parties first in order to proceed with MyHealthPortal access. Q. How can I sign up?
A. Please visit the MyHealth Request page here to sign up or to request an account. Once the form has been received and processed, you should receive an email detailing next steps. Processing normally takes 48 business hours.
