Ways To Give

Support the Cancer Center

A Community Health Needs Assessment completed in 2014 and updated in 2017 affirmed cancer care was one of the top needs in our area. Southeastern Med Cambridge Regional Cancer Center was already a major resource for the area, providing comprehensive care, high-quality diagnosis and treatment services with the compassion and respect for which Southeastern Med is known. However, in 2017 the local need was already outpacing our capacity.

Responding to this urgent and growing community need for more space and expanded oncology services, Southeastern Med developed plans for a new Cancer Center. With modern facilities, upgraded technology, comprehensive programming, and increased capacity, this center will enable us to continue our strong tradition of providing high-quality cancer care, here, close to home.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, administration and those who are actively participating in plans for a new Cancer Center at Southeastern Med, we invite you to support our campaign to construct the Wm. L. Baker Family Medical Building and the John W. and Edna McManus Shepard Cancer Center.

Donate to the Guernsey Health Foundation

The center of any healthy, vibrant community is its hospital. Since 1952, Southeastern Med has been the region’s community hospital with a rich tradition of delivering quality services.

The Guernsey Health Foundation is the philanthropic entity for Southeastern Med. Over the years, the Foundation has raised funds to contribute to improvements in the quality and breadth of healthcare delivered at Southeastern Med, as well as renovations and expansions.

Your gift is an integral part of our initiatives to improve patient care here. Every time you give, you invest in a strong, healthy future for yourself, your family, your neighbors, and your community.

Each gift can be designated in memory of or in honor of a person or business.
