Southeastern Med is proud to connect our patients with medical professionals available for regular home visits throughout Belmont, Guernsey, Harrison, Monroe and Noble counties. These home services include:
Nursing Services: RNs or LPNs will visit you to help with cardiac or post-surgical care, wound care, IV infusion, diabetes, medication management, pulmonary care, and educating the caregiver.
Physical Therapy: Therapeutic exercise, gait/transfer training, home exercise, and fall prevention.
Occupational Therapy: An Occupational Therapist will help you get back to every-day activities like bathing, dressing, going to the restroom, and more. We have adaptive equipment that can help you eat with more ease, take off or put on shoes and socks, and more.
Speech Therapy: Assistance with improving voice quality, speech articulation, swallowing, and cognitive therapy.
