Dr. Dembski graduated from the Wake Forest University/Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, NC. He then completed an internal medicine internship/residency as well as his nephrology residency at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. Dr. Dembski also served in the U.S. Air Force at Lackland AFB until 1999.

Dr. Dembski is board certified in both Internal Medicine and Nephrology.
